"Oh well, it was worth a shot." Benna turns away and asks Opegg to continue to lead the way.

Opegg did not like the idea but agreed to it anyway: "Alright. Let's hope we are not wasting our time on this chat, and do real action soon." Opegg takes Benna out to another shelter, a "cell" where they have been keeping this prisoner. It was just a few moments walk. Opegg stops at the entrance of the cell: "Where is the guard?" There is a sound coming from inside the cell. Opegg enters quickly holding a blaster, and when he looks inside, his jaw drops.

The helmet rolled lazily at her feet, Murriel having dropped the guard's headgear out of her hand as she kissed the other woman. They were pushed up against the bars, Murriel's fingers curled around the bar as she leaned into the other woman; it seemed like a passionate kiss, not forced or coerced. As the door opened she lazily broke the lip lock and looked over, rubbing her finger under her bottom lip. She recognized Opregg and frowned. "Oh...it's YOU again." Looking at the person he came in with, she lifted an eyebrow, "...and you brought a friend"

Benna tilts her head towards Opregg and lowers her voice every so slightly "Who's the prisoner again?" Benna turns her attention to the Zeltron before her. This is not really what I expected Benna looks the zeltron up and down and scans the room to have an idea of what happend "And you are?"

"Murriel, shugga..." After saying her name and smiling sweetly she looks back to the Mandalorian woman who was busy shaking her head, touching her forehead and trying to figure out what happened herself. Three shades of a fire brigade, the Mandalorian looks to Opegg and Benna before smiling sheepishly toward the Zeltron. "Yes dear, you may go..." The guard steps away from Murriel and out of the cell, yet it's Opregg who shuts the Zeltron back in. "He's gonna tell you not to get too close, but I promise you..." She purrs, "I don't bite..."

Opegg shakes his head as his eyes disappointingly escort the female mandalorian guard out of the room. He would then address Benna about Murriel: "We found this imperial scum in the forest. She was passed out ... so it was easy to capture her and bring her here. She is trying to bluff us that she is not an imperial. But I don't believe anything she says. You know how zeltrons are. Even if they dont have any evidence, their words seem true."

Don't take your eyes off her, Benna. Keep your wits about you. Without turning to Opegg Benna addresses him "Seems too good to be true. All the imperials we came across here traveled in packs. I want to know how she to pass out when you found her." Benna grabs Opregg's shoulder as to indicate she wants to whisper something to him. She leans in towards Opegg who is that much taller than herself. "I've come across a few zeltrons back on Nar Shaddaa, I'm well aware of how they can be. But something does not add up. I want to investigate, but I want you back there to make sure she doesn't try something unexpected. Just nod if you get me." Benna lets go of Opegg's shoulder and return to a regualr position.

Opegg listens carefully to Benna and nods while still keeping his eyes locked at the zeltron, waiting for the two to continue conversation.

Glancing at Opegg, Murriel frowns slightly while turning her eyes toward Benna. “Mandos…no sense of humor...”

She is securely locked in the very arcane type old-style metallic cell, wrapping her fingers around the bars as she looks out past the doorway. Hearing all of the talk of 'Empire this...and Empire that', she scoffs to herself, not really prepared to answer any questions, but too curious not to converse. Or maybe she just hates being locked up. “And it was my understanding that ‘Mandos’ are aligned with the Empire, unless something drastic changed…”

She rattles the bars a bit before stepping back and giving Benna a once over with a keen eye. She smiles after a moment and tilts her head, brushing a lock of greenish, pink hair out her eyes. “I seen that look before, it’s all over you. Me and you…we ain’t so differen’. Nar Shaddaa right?…and no, I ain’t no telepath, I sense feelings. You got that same bit ‘a distrust in you that I got.”  

Murriel peaks Benna's interest "Is it really that obvious?" Benna pauses for a moment "Might aswell be upfront about it, she's quite observant." and then continues "Well, it probably is. Yeah. Nar Shaddaa."

Benna walks closer to Murriel trying to keep a steady and confident pose. She folds her arms. "As you surely know being distrustful gives me an edge. As I'm sure it does you too. But let me be upfront here. I don't trust you. Tell me a story that makes sense and I might reconsider. As much as you enjoy it here it will get old... and boring." Benna walks even closer to Murriel and locks eyes with her "And since we're having fun with the analyzing, let me make my assessment of you. You've been around and that's where you belong. You don't like to be caged - like an animal." Benna goes to lean herself up the door at an angle from the bars so she can still see Murriel. Benna eyes Opegg and lets him lipread the words "Follow my lead". Benna then lowers her voice so Opegg can't eavesdrop on her and Murriel. "You seems to smart to get yourself knocked out for no obvious reason? What dangers are there here to an imperial like yourself?"

“You want sumthin’…” Stepping back to put some distance between herself and Benna, Murriel clapped her hands together twice and did a little jig. If Benna was as ‘street-wise’ as Murriel thought she was, she would notice that Murriel’s facial expression; though still smiling, had a different ‘snarky-ness’ to it now. She totally caught the look passed from Benna to Opegg and though she didn’t ‘see’ Benna mouth anything to him, she could feel the Mandalorian receive something by the anxiousness in him that went up a level after Benna looked at him. And she knew he wasn’t sweet on Benna.

Murriel didn’t like to get played; she also didn’t like being called an ‘Imperial’. Silently she counted on her fingers. “That’s thirty-six times now!!!” she said outloud, not really relating to anything. Benna wanted something and Murriel wasn’t going to part with the only ‘chip’ in the big game she had. Opegg’s usefulness had just come to an end as far as Murriel was concerned, besides she needed to test the waters.

“Tell you what…you get rid’a ‘Mr. Gloomy-Guss’ ova there and maybe we’ll talk. I don’t like him.” She sat down on the stool putting her face in her hands, but then suddenly looked back up, “OH!!! And another thing, I ain’t no Imperial, ok? Call me that again and I’ll ‘Mez’ myself to sleep…ya’ll can just go play with one another….”

She's like no imperial I ever came across. But is she a spy? But nor did that that make sense to Benna. This is a rescue mission and they barely escaped the aerial assault by the skin of their teeth. The imps couldn't have planned this is advance. That'd be ridicilous. Realizing she got caught by Murriel and that Murriel has that vital information she needs Benna, still leaning against the door, puts her left hand up towards Opegg with all five fingers spread out wide. "5 minutes." Benna says to Opegg and motions with her head for him to leave. "And when he does you owe me a story." Benna lowers her voice and continues "And add the part about how he ended up on your grumpy side."

"I don't like this at all. If you suspect anything, just call, we are right outside." Opegg gives another look at Murriel before he leaves the room. Benna and Murriel are now alone.

Murriel’s Blueish-Red eyes watched Opegg all the way to the door, she smirked at him as he left. The Zeltron took her time, adjusting the light armor she wore and sitting proper before looking up at Benna.

“Contractor” She said simply, “…that’s what you’re wondering right? What am I doing out here?” She smiled sweetly, then cast a ghastly stare toward the door gesturing absently. “THOSE idiots…didn’t even bother to ask. They found me in the bog after my ‘Imperial’ escorts were eaten by a Rancor. I’m a little offended actually because I know I would have tasted much better than they did…” She laughed to herself, Murriel actually thought she was funny.

Finally shrugging, “…YES!! ‘Imperial’, but the ones on these idiot’s side?!? Apparently, I mean we are talking about Acina and her Empire right? You’re being here means you are supporting that side versus Darth ‘I have to wear a mask to look tougher’…” Closing her mouth, she smiled wickedly. “Wait a minute…” She sniffed the air, “…you guys are from the Republic.” Murriel laughed loudly, “Oh, that’s rich!!”

Murriel finishes up laughing. "That physically hurt, Murriel." Benna's tone is sarcastic.

Benna shrugs "What side? I'm in it for the cash." Then she pauses "Others... have more ideological reasons." Benna leans back and crosses her arms. "A contractor though. What's your business?"

“Well, now you’re speakin’ my language…” Murriel replies after hearing Benna mention credits. But, as to everything else….”…now we are gettin’ into somethin’ different. You wanted answers, I gave them to you. Specifically, what you asked. And since you know all about werkin’…” Murriel made a face as she said the dreaded ‘W’ word, “…you’ll understand if I say, it’s gonna cost you. That first part I gave for free, just because you got rid of ‘gloomy-guss’.”

Standing up she straightened herself and flipped her hair decidedly, still keeping her distance. Murriel had decided since Benna was more like herself, she probably knew that to get close to Murriel was to become her unwilling servant. No need to alarm her. “Here’s how it’s gonna go. First, I want sumthin’ ta drank. Not that cheap swill TEE-HARR or whatever these bozos are drinkin’. Sumthin’ from home, like an expensive Corellian served in only tha finest Nar Shaddaa bars. Second, I want my gun back. I’m gonna need it to get out of this dung-hole. Third…and this is the most important thing: I want tha remainder ‘a my contract paid in full. Not half, not three-quarters, but all my credits. I obviously ain’t getting’ it frum these guys. You do that ‘an I’ll give ya tha key ta tha castle. That’s what you’re after righ’? Ya’ll wanna march in, guns blazing and confront Jadus. Acina wanted to do that too, but the Rancor had other ideas….”

"Do I look like a waiter?" Benna flips her hair the same way Murriel did to indicate she can play the very same game. "No. Here's how it gonna go. That grumpy mando is coming back in 5 minutes. That's all the time we've got to make a deal. So stop wasting my time." Benna narrows her eyes. "Yeah, we want to get into that castle and you can make alot easier for us, however, it'll be a minor inconvenience if you don't. You, on the other hand, will be waiting where you are till the bars start to erode - and you don't want that. Or we could simply help each other out." Benna turns around and slowly walks towards the door and stretches her neck to look for Opegg through the tiny window. "But you have to make a decision fast." Benna turns towards Murriel again making eye contact with her. "We'll get your blaster and gear back, but any pay you want you can take it up with our captain. It ain't coming out of my pockets."

The tip of a very fine-manicured nail; covered in a slight grime of ‘jail-cell’ rests on the edge of her bottom lip as she considers: ‘She’s got a point….and definite advantage….’ Murriel thinks, her face turning to a frown, ‘….but not even ONE of the three?!?!’ After a moment she looks over and shrugs. “Well good luck to you and your friends…I’d offer you a ‘kiss’ before you go…just for good luck, but you don’t look like the kissy type….” Murriel giggles herself almost out of the chair, but catches herself; looking a bit silly grabbing the sides of the stool.

Benna frowns "Come now. We both know you're gonna find your way outta here eventually, as we do on Nar Shaddaa. Why not make it the more profitable way?... As we do on Nar Shaddaa." Benna throws a quetioning gesture Murriel's way. "Why do you want to overcomplicate things?"

Busy running her fingers through her hair, Murriel extended a hand and grimaced at one set of nails. She took her time about answering. Scrunching her nose, she looked past the bars. “Whaddya think I’m tryin’ ta do here?!?! You want sumthin’ fer free…ya’ ain’t getting’ it.” Letting out a sigh, she flipped the hand and wiggled the fingers together toward the door. “Run along now…go tell ‘Gloomy-Guss’ to send that female guard back in here. At least I was gettin’ sumthin’ outta her.” Looking back down at her hand she smiled, “Ain’t like ya’ll are gonna kill me or nuthin’. Or crack into my gear fer that matter. The Dar’pandas done tried. Got frustrated…I’m REAL GOOD at frustration, as long as I’m having fun…”

"Fine. Suit yourself." Benna doesn't look back at Murriel as she opens the door and walks away. She shrugs at Opegg as she walks by him "She's all yours." When Benna is well out of hearing distance from Opegg she starts to grumpily complain about the zeltron to herself "Pfft. Expensive corellian liquor - IN A WARZONE! Who does she think she is?" Benna sighs.

As Benna catches up to the group again she approaches Lindrala. "I didn't have as much luck with the spoiled brat as I had hoped." Benna explains in details to Lindrala what had happend. "There. That's basically what happend."

Opegg locks Murriel in the cell alone and sends a new guard to secure the door from outside, then follows up Benna to regroup with others at the war table in the first shelter. "I told you that any attempt with her will be simply waste of time. She is a loyal and annoying imperial and will never betray her kind. We could torture information out of her."

2. (Examine Murriel's gear)

After listening to Benna's feedback on the prisoner Lindrala decides to examine the Zeltrons gear for herself. "I would like to examine her gear first, from what Benna has learned I don't think she is loyal to the imperials at all but is rather just looking for some form of profit out of this, I do not wish to torture her."

Benna rolls her eyes "Not even a little bit?" She remarks sarcastically. There an awkward pause for a moment. "Just ignore me..."
